At Latmos Care Solutions, our Outreach & Floating Support service provides flexible, short-to-medium term support for young people living in the community or in their own accommodation.

We support young people to manage daily living, maintain their tenancy, improve wellbeing and stay engaged with education, training, employment and local services, while promoting independence and personal responsibility.

All support is delivered in line with individual support plans, risk assessments and safeguarding arrangements.
